Troubleshooting

Start with the exact response, then check the account, translation, or Live state involved. Include the command and error when asking for help; remove credentials.

unauthorized / SSH authentication failed

Register the offered public key, or sign in again for HTTP/browser access. An SSH handshake failure occurs before any protocol command runs.

forbidden

Check the selected workspace, your role, and token scopes. Access to a viewer does not grant controller access.

translation_not_enabled

Enable the edition in the active account library. If the catalog edition is unavailable, a maintainer may need to install its reviewed source first.

book_not_found / invalid_reference

Check the translation, book, chapter, and verse. Use TRANSLATION CATALOG to discover valid references.

not_found / live_stopped

Check the returned Live ID and start a stopped Live before pushing a passage. A paused or cleared presentation may intentionally show no verse.

quota_exceeded / subscriber_limit_reached / rate_limited

Inspect your account limits or workspace capacity. For rate_limited, wait for retry_after_ms before retrying.
