Translations count enabled library entries. Lives count stored presentations. Collaboration slots include collaborators and unexpired pending invitations, excluding the owner.

Support that gets seen

Everyone has community support. Contributor issues submitted through the support flow receive guaranteed maintainer review, without a guaranteed response or resolution time.

A few useful answers

Can I buy Contributor access?

Contributor is recognition for meaningful contributions, awarded after maintainer review. Start with a free Starter account and choose a contribution that fits your skills.

Does an organization change my personal plan?

Your personal plan remains separate. An organization has its own library, Lives, member roles, and capacity. Organization membership does not grant personal Contributor access.
