Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and must affirm this during signup. Public viewing can be used without an account. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only accounts or organization permissions you are authorized to control.

Using the service

Use Bibleit lawfully and respect other people. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, misuse invitations, publish harmful or unlawful content, or disclose another person’s personal information without the necessary authority and lawful basis. Organization administrators are responsible for managing workspace access appropriately.

Your content

You retain the rights you hold in material you provide. You authorize Bibleit to store, process and display it as necessary to provide the features and sharing choices you request. This permission does not transfer ownership to Bibleit or grant a general right to use your content for unrelated purposes.

Church instructions and personal content

A church representative must be authorized to administer its workspace and agree the applicable processing arrangement before using Bibleit for instructed personal content. The church remains responsible for its purposes, lawful bases, audience and any consent or child/bystander safeguards. A service account, organization approval or these general Terms alone does not establish those conditions. Contact us to arrange the church processing terms and required review.

Bible translations and exports

Bible texts and other materials have their own copyright, licence and attribution conditions. Use them only as permitted by the applicable rights. Access through Bibleit does not grant unrestricted redistribution rights. You are responsible for sharing downloaded exports appropriately. Licensed translations will be subject to the capabilities and rights approved for the exact edition.

Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains personal-data processing, providers, storage and privacy rights. Accepting these Terms is separate from any consent required for a specific processing purpose. Contact privacy@bibleit.app to exercise privacy rights or report an issue.

Availability and account closure

Bibleit is currently offered without payment. Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We may restrict access to address unlawful use, security risks or breaches of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account; organization ownership or shared content may need separate handling. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law requires.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be explained through the service where appropriate. Existing acceptance records identify the version agreed at signup; a new version is not silently treated as previously accepted. Contact Felipe Mamud at privacy@bibleit.app for questions about these terms.
