EVERY CONTRIBUTION COUNTS

Help shape Bibleit.

Bring your skills, curiosity, and experience. Contributor access recognizes meaningful help with the project, whether you write code or contribute in other ways.

Find your way to contribute

One substantial contribution or several smaller ones can qualify. Past contributions count, too.

01 / BUILD

Code & accessibility

Fix a bug, improve keyboard access, add a useful test, or implement an agreed feature.

02 / EXPLAIN

Documentation

Improve setup instructions, correct an unclear guide, or write a tutorial that helps others get started.

03 / TRANSLATE

Localization

Translate or review the interface and documentation. Coordinate the language and scope with a maintainer first.

04 / INVESTIGATE

Testing & bug reports

Provide a reproducible report that helps resolve an issue, or share structured feedback from release testing.

05 / DESIGN

Design & usability

Improve a real workflow with an adopted design, an accessibility review, or clear usability findings.

06 / CONNECT

Community & resources

Offer sustained help to other users or contribute useful materials you have permission to share.

From helping out to Contributor

  1. Find a useful task. Browse open issues or propose an idea. Discuss larger changes before starting.
  2. Share your contribution. Submit your pull request, documentation, testing results, or other work. Explain the problem and how your contribution helps.
  3. Ask for recognition. Once the work is accepted or its value confirmed, open Plan & usage in your Starter account. Submit a recognition request with links or a description. It is associated with your Bibleit account automatically.
  4. A maintainer reviews it. We consider usefulness, quality, and impact, and explain any request for more work. Opening an issue or pull request alone does not grant access. Maintainers can also recognize contributions proactively.

A THANK-YOU THAT LASTS

More room to present.

Contributor gives you more translations, Lives, credentials, collaboration slots, and viewer capacity, plus guaranteed maintainer review of submitted GitHub issues. See Plans for the current limits.

Clear, human review

There are no points or contribution-count targets. A detailed bug report can be as useful as code. An isolated typo correction will usually need to be part of a broader contribution.

No expiry or ongoing obligation

Once awarded, access remains while your account and the hosted service are available, subject to normal account rules. Public recognition is optional and requires your consent.
